Day 57 - Well...We Gave In and Got Her a Pet ;)

Ha. Meet Fred the Fish. Sienna's been talking about getting one for a little while so we decided to go ahead and get one. He's a blue Beta and from my experience, it takes a lot to kill these things. They take minimal care (so mom will be cleaning the "tank" ah well) and will live a long while (fish wise). She actually LOVES him. Shows him off and talks about him. It's cute. Says things like "hey Fred going to bed too!" It's funny. Kyle likes him too. Says he "classy's up the joint." Ah.

Since Sienna was sick again today (cold) we lounged a lot in the morning. We headed out for some errands and to pick up Fred. After setting him up and having some lunch she had a decent size nap. We headed over to my parents for Sunday dinner (steak and crab mmmm). Even though she's sick, Sienna was in a really great mood all day. Particular, yes, but in general really pleasant. I'm hoping it's just a quick little cold before spring/summer.

I wanted to get a picture of her with her purse. She was "getting ready" to go to my parents house. She insisted on having her picture next to Fred.

Being a goof. She was helping me put away dishes (one of her new favorite "big girl" things to do) and found this old sippy cup/bottle she used to use when she was like one. She asked to have milk in it and drink it "like a baby."
