Day 207 - Victoria Park and Boston Pizza

So back to "real life" haha. This morning we met some other moms and babes at Victoria Park for a play date. Was super hot but loads of fun. The kids played on the playground for a while and the moms chatted, then we hit up the splash pad for a little bit. We left just after 1pm because Sienna told me she was getting tired. Ha. I don't know. She's napped three days in a row now. Guess it's still touch and go nap wise.

She surprised me a little today with her climbing skills. Flew up these two things no problem, no help. She was pretty proud of herself.

After her nap we decided we would go to Boston Pizza for dinner. My parents ordered in a while back and got the wrong order so the manager gave them two coupons for free individual pizzas and pops and they gave them to us. That was actually months ago so we finally used them! So we only had to pay for Sienna's kids meal...not bad. She was pretty disappointed at the fact that Lionel the "big blue guy" (BP's mascot?) wasn't around tonight. Apparently he's only there on weekends....noted. She was SO well behaved though.

First taste of Jello. Thought the texture was "too slippery" at first, but she ended up loving it.

Even with her nap bedtime went smoothly (it often doesn't when she sleeps during the day). It was a really nice way to end a really nice day. Days like today make me go back to thinking "God I love this kid!" Opposed to "what is WRONG with you child?!?!?!" Haha kidding...sort of.
